The Pot and neck of these banjos is made of select, hand finished curly maple. The Starr Tone-Rim is multi-ply Curly maple, that eliminates the need for a metal tone ring, to give a warm, woody, yet brilliant response. These instruments are hand-built by Ogsbury and the senior OME staff in Gold Hill, Colorado at 8,300 feet elevation.
