This original Gibson Nick Lucas Special model from 1935 features a deep 4-5/8" bound body of X-braced spruce top and mahogany back, sides, and 14-fret mahogany neck, all in gloss black finish. It has a bound Brazilian rosewood fingerboard (and bridge) with the distinctive Lucas pearl inlay pattern. Appointments of a single-ply white pickguard, bound soundhole, and pearl script logo and fleur-de-lis inlays. Grover tuners installed. Original hard shell case. Made in Kalamazoo, MI.
